Required Qualifications :
Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA)
- 2 plus years clinical experience
- 1 year previous experience in ambulatory primary care preferred
- Graduate of Accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Program.
- Current NY State Certification/License
- American Academy FNP-BC preferred
- Experience in Family or Internal Medicine is preferred
- BLS required, ACLA preferred
- Infection Control Certification.
